Kemetic Yoga & Sound in The Park

Service Description

On the first Sunday of the month, we're gonna intentionally ground ourselves in wellness so that we can rise in restoration and readiness. We'll be using the ancient practice of Kemetic Yoga and sound to achieve this inner peace and clarity. Meet me in the park by the farmers' market Sunday at 11:30am. I’ll bring the yoga mats you bring your good vibes and we'll have a transformative time!
